In the early years (2000 — 2005), the company has dealt with counseling and provision of specialized high–profile business engineering and ICT.

TRIA initially found fertile ground in the retail chains, where the optimized management of cross-​enterprise logistics processes, access to realtime stock data and an efficient replenishment system really helped Companies get business objectives back on track. An efficient and effective value chain is based on these very principles, which, if applied, determine an increase in visibility and, at the same time, a reduction in variability.
It was during this period that TRIA got involved in projects regarding the computerization of processes, such as Cross Docking, Real Time Stock Inventory, Online Replenishment and other solutions, all aimed at improving Category Management.
For its integration solutions, TRIA has used Orchestration platforms such as Oracle JCAPSù®, IBM Websphere®, Oracle BPEL®, Red Hat JBoss ® acquiring specific skills and growing awareness that the use of a platform requires a consistent architectural design in which are indicated roles and responsibilities clearly.

The first projects of architectural design were born in this logic.

Since 2005, TRIA has in fact gained the perception that, as a glue, is needed discipline aimed at modeling aspects that contribute to the success of a business — both for present and for future developments — which are essential to meet the demands of change from the market, the stakeholders, resources.
TRIA has decided to adopt BPM: a methodology for the implementation of the strategic objectives of an organization by improving the management and control of essential business processes.

TRIA provides its clients with advice both process and architectural, building a logical path that the first step sees the design, modeling and standardization of architecture (IT), and only later includes the implementation and development of a software solution.
Starting from the scope Retail TRIA lands to other sectors, taking as collaborations with companies in the insurance field and production in which the extended value chain is recognized as a critical process.
