The method, originally devised for the engineering of software solutions, has evolved into a method suited to the engineering of a business solution, capable of taking the model of the maturity of a Company's resources, processes and technologies and determining a frame, i.e. a basic conceptual environment in which to nurture the ability to tackle and steer change.
For TRIA, meeting a Client's requirement necessarily involves defining and reviewing the processes, designing a consistent IT architecture, and implementing applications that exploit integration technologies and the growth (maturity) of the people affected by the change.
In point of fact, the objective of TRIA's projects is to lend coherence to the relationship between business and Information Systems and to put the Client Company into a position whereby they are able to respond quickly to the change. None of this can happen without adopting a set of rules: BPM or business process management, via which processes are integrated and improved by aligning them with the company's objectives and strategies (Business Architecture) in order to bring value to Companies.
