TRIA engages in the design of IT architectures or their parts, to support business processes, starting with the definition and organization of the Company's internal processes.
By performing a synthesis, we help Client Companies gain a clear picture of implicit knowledge, enabling them to communicate and distribute information that is critical for the business, including data on strategies, processes, models and documentation.
TRIA engineers existing processes, identifies the point of pain to be addressed or validates the Client's assumptions by means of process simulation and analysis logic, and then formulates a sustainable plan for the implementation of a new organizational model in which information systems and company functions are aligned according to a strategic logic.
Through TRIA, Client Companies take traditional modelling to a whole new level and are put in a position whereby they can respond quickly to change (or even predict it) and determine innovative growth solutions.
Thus Business Process Modelling becomes a factor enabling the optimization of the Clients' Value Propositions with reference to the end consumer, through the range of business lines, technologies, geographies, and range of products and/or services on offer.
TRIA has been involved, for example, in the description of business processes, where we have applied a process analysis and design method. The aim is to create a business view of said processes, guided by the desire to enable information to be shared by all levels of the company and to standardize the component activities of the process by applying principles geared towards designing a business service.
