People Capability Maturity Model
The People Capability Maturity Model (PCMM) provides a roadmap in order to identify and increase the abilities of the workforce involved in a process. The PCMM consists in 5 progressive levels where the passage from the precedent to the following one means a transformation in the business culture: people are more motivated and willing to improve their working behavior. The new integrated system of culture and company social climate, brings a better alignment between goals, performance and change’s need of the Company.
